CIC bioGUNE is looking for highly-motivated experienced researcher of any nationality interested in applying for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowship call (HORIZON-MSCA-2023-PF-01): Funding & tenders (europa.eu) CIC bioGUNE (http://www.cicbiogune.es/), member of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance (BRTA), is awarded with the “Excelencia Severo Ochoa” accreditation by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation, the highest recognition in Spain for excellence in research. CIC bioGUNE is a key research center within the national and international scientific landscape and has emerged as a knowledge source in the area of health science. The cutting-edge scientific activity of CIC bioGUNE researchers explores the interface between Chemistry, Structural, Molecular and Cell Biology, with the aim of developing a more Precise Medicine for the future. CIC bioGUNE is an Endorsing Institution of the European Charter for Researchers & Code of Conduct for Recruitment of Researchers, guaranteeing the best framework conditions to contribute to the professional/personal development of researchers. The Experienced Researcher must be in possession of a doctoral degree or have successfully defended their doctoral thesis before call deadline (13-September-2023). The Laboratory of Exosomes of CIC bioGUNE-BRTA (Derio, Spain) led by Dr. JuanMa Falcon is seeking for one postdoctoral researcher molecular and cellular biology background with knowledge of in bioinformatics and statistical analysis. The project is part of a collaborative project coordinated by Professor Javier Meana, head of the Neuropsychopharmacology Research Group (UPV/EHU). Postdoctoral Researcher position at the Gastrointestinal Genetics Lab

We are seeking a computational biologist to join the MDAlab and lead research focused on the genetic causes of inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, microscopic colitis and other GI conditions. The Gastrointestinal Genetics Lab directed by Prof Mauro D’Amato (MDAlab) is a newly established research group at CIC bioGUNE. The team combines genomic, computational and pre-clinical expertise to elucidate the pathogenetic mechanisms predisposing to gastrointestinal (GI) disease.
