Magdalena Rodríguez Quintana, graduated in Business Sciences (University of the Basque Country, 1994) with training in Human Resources (Master's in Human Resources Management through the IOE Group - Organizational Initiatives of the Company - in 2020).

With experience in Accounting, Tax, and Labor Consulting (April 1995 - September 2005), she joined CIC bioGUNE as the Administration Manager in October 2005, where she has been responsible for Human Resources and tax management of the Center.
