EPIGENETICS IN HEALTH AND DISEASE The seminar will describe the molecular dissection of the entire epigenetic machinery involved in methylationassociated silencing, such as DNA methyltransferases, methyl-CpG binding domain proteins, histone deacetylases, histone methyltransferases, histone demethylases and Polycomb proteins.
