Welcome

Our service provides CIC bioGUNE researchers and external customers or collaborators with bioinformatics support for the analysis, visualization and interpretation of High Throughput Sequencing (HTS) and other genomics data.
To sum up, at Bioinformatics Service, we try to help researchers get the best biologically significant output from their data.
Both external services and collaborations are on offer. Ask us to develop the analysis approach/pipeline you may need for your research.

Instrumentation

We carry out our analyses using state of the art computational resources and software in order to gran the best service to our customers. Previously being part of Genome Analysis Platform we have developed and published several free access web tools in use by the whole scientific community:
