The user must login to make a service request. Then the user fill out service bid request form with organization, contact and service data. The service manager will receive the request and will estimate it. The user will receive a notification by email to review the budget request.
Each user has a private area where can check the status of their requests. When the user is logged a link appears in upper left menu to access to this private area.
Once you have requested a service, the service manager will estimate it.
Estimations must be accepted to perform the service.
Services in progress
While the service is in progress, your request will be tagged as "services in progress".
Once the service is fully performed, you can check it out in this area regardless its bill status.
You can check canceled services in this area.
